Job summary

Ruiz Foods Product, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead in Los Angeles to guide daily warehouse operations, align forklift-assisted workflows, and ensure accurate, on-time order completion. The role emphasizes leadership by example in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist the Warehouse Supervisor, assign work, and coordinate with logistics, carriers, and internal teams to maintain safety and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Three years of forklift experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least one year of experience leading a team.
• Experience with M3 System and Factory Track.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities for products, materials, and supplies.
• Direct product flow and execute the daily shipping plan on schedule.
• Assign work, communicate priorities, and help ensure the team follows established procedures.
• Partner with logistics, customer service, service providers, customers, carriers, vendors, and drivers.
• Track outgoing shipments, update manifests and order status, and confirm picking and shipping requirements are completed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure pallets are tracked according to company policy.
• Monitor labor efficiency, team member accountability, and safe work practices.
• Complete daily labor activity logs and warehouse total quality management checklists.
• Maintain a clean, organized, team member-ready work area.
• Provide backup support to the Warehouse Supervisor and department as needed.
