Star Marketing, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee shipping and receiving operations, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance. You will coordinate movement of goods and work with cross-functional teams to maintain timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3+ years in shipping/inventory, strong problem solving, communication, and safety focus. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment with heavy lifting and safety PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle challenges in logistics and shipping.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across levels.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving operations using P21 software to ensure accurate and timely movement of materials.
• Label items and package shipments for daily movement of products.
• Pull and stage materials for projects.
• Maintain min/max inventory, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate carrier scheduling and inbound/outbound shipments with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
