Job summary

Star Marketing is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate processing and efficient inventory control. You will coordinate logistics, maintain records, and work with other departments to support timely deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in shipping/receiving, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle logistics challenges.
• Attention to detail in all inventory and shipments.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Effective communication and collaboration across levels.
• Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use P21 software to lead shipping and receiving warehouse operations with accuracy and safety.
• Label items and package shipments for daily movement of products.
• Pull and stage materials for projects and upcoming jobs.
• Maintain min/max inventory; conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate logistics activities: carrier scheduling, inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and optimize warehouse layout for space utilization.
