Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Lead, Inventory Control in Franksville to oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, enforce safety standards, and lead a small team to meet customer service goals; prior warehouse leadership and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 3-5 years of warehouse experience with layout, inventory control, packaging, pick/pack/ship, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse functions including receiving, picking, pulling, and shipping operations to ensure that activities are performed to accomplish set customer service goals
• Provide direction and proper motivation to lead employees while ensuring the daily workload is completed in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Communicates with other members of management and departments to ensure that company and department goals are met
• Instruct and provide oversight to ensure the proper execution of all established quality, safety, and sanitation practices of the warehouse
• Ensure inventory is matched to invoices and recorded with 100% accuracy in a timely manner
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and back-ordered items
• Oversee inspections of material handling equipment and ensure equipment is properly maintained
• Utilizes company policies and enforces safety regulations in adherence to OSHA safety standards
• Review and monitor product flow to ensure the company is able to meet customer demand at all times
• Responsible for and supervises inventory control process with 100% accuracy
