Job summary

CSL USA Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Warehouse Lead to supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring efficient operations and protection of goods.

You will lead staff, coordinate with management to meet customer service goals, enforce OSHA safety, and maintain 100% inventory accuracy and proper equipment maintenance. Requires an associate degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of warehouse experience including layout, inventory control, packaging, pick/pack/ship, and material

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college; or six months to one-year related experience.
• 3-5 years of warehouse experience including layout, inventory control, packing, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Provide direction and motivation to lead employees.
• Communicate with management to meet goals.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices per OSHA.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Review product flow to meet customer demand.
• Supervise inventory control processes with accuracy.
