Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor in California to oversee daily operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure orders are fulfilled on time. The role requires SAP/WMS experience and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will train and coach staff, enforce safety policies, and drive exceptional customer service while maintaining efficient processes and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse processes to maintain accurate inventory and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and maintain documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce policies and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and provide backup to management.
• Track orders and investigate issues; manage goods and supplies.
• Adhere to 7S and maintain a safe work environment.
