Job summary

Medical Device Company in El Paso, TX is seeking an Entry Level Warehouse Associate for a 12-month contract on W2. The role includes leading a small team, ensuring safety, and handling SAP-based inventory tasks.

Weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6:00 AM–6:00 PM) and weekday hours (Mon/Tue 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) apply, totaling 40 hours per week. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, SAP and Microsoft Office experience, and at least 1 year of leadership and warehousing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• SAP and Microsoft Office experience.
• Scanner Guns, SAP experience, any type of inventory program experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• 1+ year working in alike environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing).

Responsibilities

• Support flow of day-to-day operations in the area.
• Lead, monitor, and supervise a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
• Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area / process / method.
• Must follow associate and equipment safety policies and report safety incidents and accidents.
• Must maintain a good safety forklift driving record and follows company safety policy.
• Must sign, date, and complete all warehouse inventory, reports, and documents according to company requirements.
• Maintains the correct quantities of inventory for the warehouse.
• Responsible for controlling heavy machinery to move materials around a work site.
• Teamwork effort and involvement to meet all goals.
• SAP adjustments, movements, and transactions of product.
• Responsible on maintaining the warehouse clean and organized at all times.
