Job summary

Rexel USA in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Warehouse Lead to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and efficient branch operations. You will lead and mentor Warehouse Associates, adhering to safety standards and Rexel procedures in a fast-paced distribution setting.

This role requires prior warehouse experience, forklift certification preferred, and a commitment to quality, teamwork, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license if deliveries are required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials per SOPs.
• Train and mentor Warehouse Associates.
• Maintain branch warehouse and equipment in good condition.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist with deliveries to branches/customers as needed.
