Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Powered Industrial Truck training/certification required; ability to use standard office tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-minded team behavior and daily workload planning.
• Monitor doors and inbound/outbound procedures.
• Coordinate with office to maintain floor workflow.
• Operate forklift safely and assist operators as needed.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized and pallets off floor.
• Provide forklift operator training and progression.
• Promote positive teamwork and comply with GMPs.
• Ensure Food Safety and Food Quality of MFI products.
