Qualifications

• Strong math skills and ability to perform basic configurations.
• Completion of Michael Foods Power Industrial Truck program is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused shift operations and promote teamwork across shifts.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, GMPs and quality standards.
• Operate forklift safely and assist operators as needed.
• Monitor doors and inbound/outbound procedures.
• Train forklift operators and conduct progressive training.
• Maintain orderly, clean warehouses and safe storage of pallets.
• Promote positive communication and teamwork on the floor.
