Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage loading/unloading, staging, and distribution of materials for construction projects. You will supervise warehouse associates, coordinate with the Supervisor, and drive efficient workflows on-site in Kentwood, MI.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing or related fields, HS diploma, and the ability to operate safety-conscious equipment. The position offers steady day hours, occasional OT, and opportunities for growth within the

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse, construction, or customer service experience.
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Strong communication with stakeholders using various means.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments; record receipts and inventory data.
• Stage and prepare materials for pick-up or shipping.
• Move materials to storage areas and job sites as needed.
• Maintain parts area; log incoming/outgoing items and communicate needs.
• Coordinate receiving and, when needed, place orders under Supervisor guidance.
• Review installation schedules to ensure on-site readiness.
• Ensure all jobs are staged for completion the day before; report issues.
