Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation seeks a Warehouse Specialist Lead (PPP&M) to supervise a payroll of hands-on tasks at the DLA Distribution Susquehanna Packaging House. You will lead, plan, and troubleshoot daily operations, perform PPP&M duties, and ensure accurate material handling and documentation.

The role requires previous DLA distribution experience, Pack-1B certification, and ability to obtain necessary installations access. General safety, quality standards, and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, logistics, material handling, or PPP&M experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or coordinate a warehouse team.
• Experience with DLA WMS/DSS and PPP&M processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of an assigned warehouse/PPP&M team.
• Assist with workload planning and assignment of personnel.
• Provide hands-on leadership to ensure workload is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform PPP&M remediation including repackaging, relabeling, remarking, and correcting discrepancies.
• Verify materials against receiving documents and report discrepancies or damages.
• Route material to storage or processing locations and prepare for shipment or return to stock.
• Operate material handling equipment as authorized and use WMS/DSS systems to process workload.
