Job summary

Venturi Supply seeks a Warehouse Lead to manage and develop the branch warehouse team, including pipe yard and shop activities. You will oversee daily operations, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment to meet daily goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in warehouse distribution, with CDL/DOT preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and a methodical approach are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Current CDL and DOT certification preferred.
• Computer literate; proficient with MS Office 365.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, lift to 50 lbs, carry, reach, push, pull; work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train all branch warehouse employees.
• Manage daily receiving, stocking, picking, packing and delivery goals.
• Audit deliveries to ensure accuracy and proper paperwork.
• Coordinate with sales on shipments and delivery schedules.
• Assist drivers with routes and issues during delivery process.
• Collaborate with Purchasing on material delivery schedules and cycle counts.
• Oversee opening/closing of the branch and asset security.
• Support warehouse staff training and development.
