Job summary

Collision Auto Parts in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, loading, and maintaining a safe, accurate, and efficient workplace. You will supervise forklift operators and warehouse staff in coordination with the General Manager.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires leadership, strong organizational and safety skills, knowledge of warehouse systems, and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years warehouse/inventory/distribution experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a lead/supervisor role required.
• Prior lead, trainer, forklift, or warehouse coordination experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, staging, loading, and inventory movement.
• Monitor daily progress to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Support cycle counts, audits, and reporting to maintain accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and compliant with procedures.
• Monitor forklift operations and enforce safety practices.
• Report equipment, inventory, safety or staffing concerns to the Warehouse Manager.
