Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a driven team in Winlock, WA. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and positive interactions while supporting supervisors and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced warehouse.

Typical schedule is Mon-Thur 5am-3:30pm with pay at $24/hr, plus a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and insurance options. Opportunities to lead on shift and train new hires are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes and provides process along with project visibility to Operations Supervisor.
• Expert in warehouse functions.
• Leads & complies with Safety and Well Being efforts on assigned shift.
• Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Quality control.
• Complete daily logs.
• Communicate with associates from other shifts.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
• Leads orientation classes with new hires.
• Trains and retrains associates on equipment.
