Job summary

Penske Logistics is hiring warehouse associates for a safety-conscious, team-oriented environment. The role requires operating warehouse equipment, staging orders, loading/unloading trailers, and coordinating with supervisors to meet productivity goals.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lead a small team, multitask, and manage time effectively. Full-time hours Monday–Friday, with a retention bonus offered after 120 days.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Lead shift huddles and coordinate team tasks.
• Move materials within the warehouse and complete logs.
• Read work orders and determine items to move or distribute.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks when applicable.
