Job summary

Reliance, Inc. is seeking a Leadperson to coordinate daily warehouse activities, including order management, inventory allocation, and employee task assignments.

The role supports the Manager of Plant Operations to maintain productivity and safety, bridging communication between employees and management for operational excellence. The Leadperson will oversee workflow priorities, assist with training, and ensure efficient, safe operations on a 3:30 pm–12 am shift at the Cincinnati, OH site.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Review daily orders and plan/assign work.
• Verify manpower levels and allocate staff.
• Distribute material and inventory to workers.
• Inspect inventory and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate overhead cranes and material handling equipment.
• Maintain safety and orderly work areas.
• Communicate workflow issues to management.
