Job summary

Race Telecommunications, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage our Tehachapi, CA warehouse onsite. You will coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of materials with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• A valid driver's license, subject to DMV verification.
• Forklift certification required.
• One to two years of warehouse operations experience.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control.
• Must speak/read/write English; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee materials handling, inventory management, and shipping/receiving to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate retrieval, packaging, and dispatch of items; manage inventory replenishment.
• Maintain safe, clean warehouse environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Perform administrative tasks related to reports and correspondence and assist with inventory controls.
• Support training and onboarding of team members and assist in supervision as needed.
