Job summary

Race Communications in Tehachapi, CA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate handling of supplies and timely dispatch for internal and external distribution. The role requires eligibility to work in the US, 18+, a valid driver’s license, forklift certification, and 1–2 years of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license (DMV verification) required
• Forklift certification required
• 1–2 years of warehouse operations experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control
• Must read/write/speak English; Spanish bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Transports materials using appropriate tools/vehicles
• Performs quality inspections on materials and products
• Sorts and stores materials per inventory procedures
• Conducts physical inventory counts and replenishes stock
• Picks, packs, and ships materials and products
• Process all packages for shipping and returns
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse and participate in quality improvements
• Assist with administrative tasks and inventory controls
• Follow safety training and sanitation procedures
• Support team with supervision tasks as needed
