Job summary

MasTec in Texas is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to direct shipping, receiving and inventory activities across multiple crafts. You will ensure cleanliness, safety and compliance with plans and standards while coordinating with the Facility/Warehouse Manager.

The role requires supervising up to six employees, handling tooling and rigging needs, and maintaining accurate data through reports and storage systems. Strong supervisory and health/safety focus is essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Plus 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• High School diploma or GED Certification (preferred).
• Construction knowledge a plus.
• Valid Driver license required (CDL preferred).
• Experience using basic power and hydraulic tools and understanding of rigging and small engines.
• Inventory Management.
• Intermediate computer operation skills and internet-based program navigation.
• Experience in industrial/renewable energy construction or maintenance.
• Hydraulic Tooling certifications preferred.
• Rigging Inspection certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleanliness and organization of our warehouse.
• Responsible for in and out inspections for all equipment leaving our warehouse.
• Assist manager with inventory management at our facility.
• Responsible for inventory of all tools, materials and equipment coming into and leaving the warehouse facility.
• Interpret specifications and work orders.
• Requisition, obtain and distribute supplies and materials.
• Assist with resolving problems with Warehouse Management.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Maintain and repair small engines.
