Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Warehouse Lead Nights. The role focuses on supervising night shift operations, operating the auto scale, and maintaining equipment safety in a cold warehouse environment.

Requirements include leadership experience, pallet jack or forklift certification, handheld scanner experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Candidates should be able to read, write and speak English and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general operation and basic maintenance of the auto scale.
• Performs manual scaling at the reweigh station, including general operation and basic maintenance.
• Assists with rework by repairing cases or identifying cases for return.
• Ensures inventory accuracy by submitting daily scale adjustment reports.
• Rotates stock as required and operates forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Loads trucks with equipment and by hand up to 50 lbs per case.
• Fills customer orders accurately using Telxon equipment.
• Maintains clean work area through daily sanitation tasks.
• Reports shipping problems to Supervisor and performs other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Lead Nights **Resume Required**

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the general operation and a basic maintenance of the auto scale.
• Performs manual scaling at the reweigh station, including general operation and basic maintenance.
• Assists with rework by either repairing the cases or identifying cases for return.
• Assures inventory accuracy by submitting daily scale adjustment reports.
• Rotates stock as required.
• Operates forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Loads trucks both with equipment and by hand which vary in weight up to 50 pounds per case.
• Ability to fill customer orders accurately using Telxon equipment.
• Keep area clean by performing daily general sanitation.
• Reports shipping problems or concerns to Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Leadership experience
• Pallet Jack or forklift certification
• Hand held scanner experience
• Basic computer skills such as Excel, Microsoft Word and use of emails.
