Warehouse Lead - Night Shift

Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product onto trailers and prepare documentation (bill of lading and invoice).

Essential Functions
  • Ability to perform all essential functions of a Warehouse Associate
  • Lead a group of shipping and receiving team members
  • Manage communication flow to load finished products onto trailers
  • Communicate instructions regarding equipment inside the warehouse
  • Coordinate trailer loading locations
  • Prepare documentation such as purchase orders, Bill of Lading, and invoices
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure timely collection and loading of finished products
  • Review operator and carrier data in the Tracking Platform
  • Maintain food safety practices and SQF System requirements
  • Report deviations, problems, or abnormalities with equipment, processes, or products
  • Perform any other tasks as reasonably assigned by management
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment
  • 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • 4 years of experience managing people or projects

Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.

  • 6 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment
  • 6 years of experience in a similar position

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Oracle
  • Intermediate knowledge of storage systems
