Warehouse Lead - Night Shift

Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product onto trailers and prepare documentation (bill of lading and invoice).

Essential Functions
  • Ability to complete all essential functions of the Warehouse Associate position.
  • Leading a group of shipping and receiving team members.
  • Responsible for communication flow to load the finished product onto trailers.
  • Communicate instructions to the equipment inside the warehouse.
  • Coordinate the loading location for each trailer.
  • Prepare documentation to issue purchase orders (Bill of Lading and invoice).
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time collection and/or loading of the finished product.
  • Review operator and carrier line data in the Tracking Platform.
  • Ensure food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.
  • Communicate any deviations, problems, or abnormalities with equipment, processes, or products.
  • Perform any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe as directed by the manager or supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 4 years managing people or projects.

  • 6 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of storage systems.
