Job summary

Pure’s Food Specialties, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead (Floater) to supervise forklift operators across Chicago-area Bakehouses, manage daily inventory, and uphold safety standards. This role requires flexibility to cover 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and travel between facilities.

Candidates should be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess forklift certification, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification and safe operation knowledge.
• Experience leading a warehouse team and coordinating shifts.
• Strong inventory management and documentation skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged for outreach and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of forklift operators and assign daily duties.
• Unload and load materials; manage inbound/outbound loads.
• Check-in drivers and verify quantities for shipments.
• Create labels, packing lists, and BLs; maintain pallets tags.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality issues.
• Maintain inventory records and safety compliance across shifts.
• Comply with company policies and food safety guidelines.
