Job summary

UNIS is seeking a Warehouse Lead in San Diego, CA to coordinate daily warehouse activities across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping. You will provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to associates while promoting teamwork and operational excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of related experience, and proficiency with WMS and RF scanners. It offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment experience with lead/supervisor responsibilities.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanners to manage workflow and inventory accuracy.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to warehouse associates.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and inventory accuracy using WMS and warehouse tech.
• Verify completed work and maintain high standards for safety and inventory accuracy.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment with safety policies and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and team performance in partnership with leadership.
