Job summary

Neogen is seeking a Material Handler Lead to provide day-to-day operational leadership in our Lansing, MI warehouse. You will coordinate workflow across receiving, putaway, picking, staging, inventory management and shipping while ensuring accurate SAP S/4HANA EWM transactions and strict adherence to procedures.

You will mentor Material Handlers, support onboarding, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in warehouse or related operations.
• Advanced knowledge of material handling processes.
• Experience with SAP EWM or similar WMS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow across warehouse functions and escalate issues.
• Reinforce SAP EWM usage and accurate system transactions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper material control.
• Provide hands-on training and onboarding support.
• Lead safety practices and PPE compliance.
