Job summary

Neogen is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Lansing to lead daily warehouse operations, develop associates, and ensure inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will direct Material Handler I–III and Leads while collaborating with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Transportation, and SAP teams to maintain uninterrupted material flow and timely customer fulfillment.

The role requires 5–8 years in warehousing or distribution, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent warehouse leadership experience.
• 5–8 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct people-leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM or a comparable Warehouse Management System.
• Strong coaching, leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, shipping, staging, and inventory control.
• Develop labor plans that align staffing with production requirements and customer demand.
• Monitor KPIs and balance labor resources to maximize efficiency.
• Promote accountability and lead safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
