Job summary

Acushnet Company seeks a Senior Lead for SAP EWM to guide design, implementation and ongoing optimization of a global SAP S/4HANA EWM platform. You will be the primary functional expert and solution owner, partnering with business leaders, IT, and partners to deliver scalable warehouse management capabilities.

Responsibilities include defining best practices across inbound/outbound logistics, inventory and RF-enabled processes, plus coordinating testing and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; SAP Certification preferred.
• 10+ years SAP ERP experience including S/4HANA greenfield/brownfield.
• Deep functional SAP EWM configuration, implementation, and support.
• End-to-end warehouse management: inbound/outbound logistics, inventory, wave, labor, yard, cross-docking, RF.
• SAP EWM integration with MM, SD, PP, TM, QM and other SCM apps.
• Warehouse automation tech: barcode, RF devices, conveyors, WCS.
• Translate complex warehouse operations into scalable SAP solutions.
• Develop functional specs, test plans, and support UAT.
• Proven global SAP implementations, enhancements and rollouts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Documentation and process/workflow standardization; adapt in fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and continuous improvement of global SAP S/4HANA EWM.
• Serve as functional expert and solution owner for SAP EWM within the CoE.
• Define best practices and lead solution design across inbound/outbound logistics, inventory, wave, labor, yard, cross-docking, RF.
• Coordinate testing activities with business and IT teams.
• Provide training and user adoption support; manage master data initiatives.
• Support global warehouse operations and drive process improvements.
