Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Lead responsible for materials entering and leaving the facility and ensuring correct materials are delivered to production areas. The role includes organizing the warehouse and maintaining knowledge of product locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Basic data entry and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate raw materials and ensure correct materials flow to production.
• Organize warehouse layout and maintain knowledge of product locations.
• Deliver needed materials to production areas as required.
• Prepare Bills of Lading for shipments and materials.
• Receive incoming materials and document receipts.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Perform pre-maintenance checks on forklifts.
• Enter data accurately into the system.
• Oversee Material Handlers and assign tasks.
• Create raw material tags, receivers, and FIFO records.
• Comply with GMPs and other duties as assigned.

Job Description: ROLE PURPOSE/ POSITION SUMMARY

The Shift/Department Warehouse Lead will have the responsibility for all materials entering and leaving the facility and the delivery of correct materials to and from production areas and the placement of all materials in the production and warehouse areas.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• The coordination of raw materials.
• The organization of the warehouse and knowledge of products location.
• The delivery of needed materials to production area.
• Preparing Bills of Lading.
• Receiving of incoming materials and documenting.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Pre-Maintenance check on forklift.
• Data Entry.
• Overseeing the Material Handlers responsibilities.
• Making raw material tags, receivers, and FIFO’s.
• Comply with all GMP’s All other duties as assigned
