Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations in Portland. You will support the Warehouse Supervisor, direct floor workflows, and coordinate inbound shipments and delivery schedules.

You’ll work with the team to optimize productivity, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain customer communication. The role requires 4+ years of warehouse experience, bilingual Spanish preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• 4+ years of experience preferred in warehouse operations.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) required; Order Selector/Reach preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate.
• RF scanner experience or voice-picking strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflows on the warehouse floor for inbound and outbound activities.
• Coordinate receipt of shipments and scheduling of trucks.
• Monitor productivity and quality; generate workforce reports.
• Communicate delivery updates to customers and address disruptions.
• Assist with inventory management and stock/shipping tasks as needed.
• Support supervisor and provide guidance to teammates when needed.
