Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a Lead role is required.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment is required.
• Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPIs, Quality Metrics, timecard exceptions and productivity.
• Provide back up and representation to Supervisor during absences.
• Liaise with operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff and set clear expectations as a role model.
• Support meeting production goals and site KPIs; schedule may fluctuate.
