Job summary

DP World is seeking a Warehouse Lead based in Hillsboro, OR to plan, direct and coordinate warehouse operations. The role includes supervising staff, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring procedures are followed to maximize productivity.

You will liaise with other departments, provide leadership, and adapt schedules to meet production goals. Prior forklift experience and a background in logistics or manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED required.
• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department operations and ensure procedures are followed.
• Monitor KPI, Quality Metrics, timecard exceptions and productivity.
• Provide backup to Supervisor during absences.
• Liaise with operational departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead staff by setting clear expectations and modeling behavior.
• Support production goals; schedule may shift to meet needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
