Location: 700 North 55th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85043

Shift: Thursday – Sunday/ Friday – Sunday & Day Shift (8am : 8pm). Shifts may be adjusted based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
Supervise inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of battery-related materials and final goods.
Ensure accurate order fulfillment with an emphasis on speed and quality control.
Monitor and control inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
Assign daily tasks and provide leadership to warehouse staff and temporary employees to ensure operational efficiency.
Implement and enforce SOP to maintain productivity, quality, and compliance.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.
Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
Track and report daily operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and improve order accuracy and efficiency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience managing operations in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Strong understanding of logistics and last-mile delivery expectations.
Experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams.
Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to generate reports.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Forklift certification (optional, depending on the operation).
Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

The base pay range for this role is between $50,000 - $63,000 per Salary, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
