Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a warehouse associate to support operations in the distribution center. You will work with a team to move merchandise, ensure accurate counts, and maintain safe storage practices.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform in a warehouse environment with safety focus.
• Experience in inventory movement, counting, and documentation.
• Ability to follow supervisor directions and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and move merchandise with warehouse team.
• Receive, unload, and load items according to procedures.
• Verify item counts and note discrepancies or damages.
• Deliver items to correct destinations and obtain signatures.
• Keep inventory properly stored and rotate stock as scheduled.
• Keep work area safe and report hazards.
• Plan future needs and manage par levels and stock orders.
