Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Warehouse Lead at the Devens, MA site to supervise daily warehouse operations including loading/unloading, inventory recording, and picking/packing/shipping. You will mentor peers, operate forklifts and ensure adherence to safety policies under limited supervision.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years warehousing experience (preferably cGMP), and familiarity with SAP, Excel and other logistics tools. Shift is Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years warehousing experience, preferably in a cGMP environment.
• Experience with industrial powered equipment.
• Proficient with PC applications (SAP, Excel, Word, FedEx, UPS).
• Able to follow written and/or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between supervisor and warehouse associates.
• Lead daily task assignments for picking, packing and shipping.
• Oversee inbound receipts and raw material processing.
• Maintain inventory records and labels per SOPs.
• Train associates on material handling equipment and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs and safety policies.
