Job summary

American Furniture Rental is seeking a Warehouse Specialist - Lead for our Huntington Beach, CA location. The role involves unloading/loading trucks, guiding warehouse staff, and ensuring accurate inventory handling with RF scanning. A forklift license is required, and the candidate should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and pass a background check.

We value reliability, safety, and teamwork. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No previous experience is required but prior warehouse experience will be considered.
• Forklift license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload/Load trucks and verify shipments.
• Scan and track inventory using RF/NAV system.
• Prepare merchandise for storage and shipment.
• Ensure safe and organized warehouse workspace.
• Lead team members and provide guidance as needed.
• Complete paperwork and keep accurate records.
