Job summary

AFR Furniture Rental is seeking a Warehouse Specialist - Lead for our Huntington Beach, CA location. You will guide warehouse staff, perform incoming/outgoing merchandise duties, and handle deliveries and pickups.

The role requires lifting heavy items, operating RF devices, and ensuring paperwork aligns with the NAV system. This position is on first shift with overtime as needed; forklift certification is preferred and prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Standing/walking majority of shift and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred; no experience required.
• Forklift license or certified forklift operation is required.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trucks and verify paperwork against NAV inventory.
• Post collections and deliveries; maintain a safe, orderly warehouse.
• Stage merchandise for shipment and assist with inventory prep.
