Job summary

Turnkey Project Services is seeking a warehouse associate to join our team. You will assist Receiving, unload furniture orders, check lists, inspect packaging, and support asset management. Proficiency with forklift and inventory systems is helpful.

In this role you will work in a fast-paced environment, communicate via Outlook, lift up to 70 lbs, and contribute to safe, efficient operations across our facilities. We value teamwork and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification a plus.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or asset management preferred.
• Forklift driving experience.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Receiving department by learning and assimilating our receiving procedure and policies.
• Unload furniture orders into the warehouse using a pallet jack or forklift.
• Check off manufacturer or dealer supplied order pack lists.
• Inspect packaging for damaged products and photograph and document damaged product.
• Occasionally assist the Asset Management department by unloading products for customer inventory.
• Palletize or consolidate orders for out-bound shipments or customer pick-ups.
• Occasionally assist office admin staff with the delivery of office/cleaning supplies or the pickup of Fed-Ex/UPS shipments.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook to communicate with Turnkey project support, scheduling and management.
