Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a division of SYNNEX Corporation, is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse S/R Clerk at multiple levels to support inventory, receiving, and shipping operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and physical endurance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cross-training in receiver, shipper, and inventory control, handling complex orders, auditing inventory, and analyzing performance data to improve on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to effectively work within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Training: cross-train in other warehouse roles to provide backup support during peak periods or absences.
• Complex Order Fulfillment: handle more complex orders and specialized packaging requirements, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Auditing: conduct in-depth audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and standards.
• Inbound Analysis: assist in evaluating inbound performance metrics and optimize vendor relationships.
• Demand Forecasting: utilize advanced techniques to anticipate inventory needs and optimize stock levels.
• Resolve Discrepancies: analyze system transactions and physical inventory to resolve discrepancies.
• Returns Processing: manage processing of returns from customers, ensure items are inspected and restocked or disposed of appropriately.
• Data Analysis and Performance Reporting: analyze KPI results and generate regular reports and dashboards for On-Time Delivery.
