Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) in Richmond, TX seeks a Warehouse Lead III to supervise daily warehouse operations, train staff, and ensure secure stock management for state facilities. This back-up supervisor role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and supports receiving, issuing, inventory control, and coordination with suppliers.

The position requires hands-on experience with warehouse software (MIMS, CAPPS) and equipment such as forklifts, plus strong planning,

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or GED.
• Experience supervising or leading the work of others.
• Experience in inventory control or material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Attends work regularly and performs assigned duties.
• Coordinates staff duties in receiving, issuing, rotating stock, and stock distribution.
• In absence of supervisor, coordinates inventory records and trains staff to use MIMS and CAPPS.
