Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission seeks a Warehouse Lead III for Kerrville State Hospital. The role supports the Warehouse Supervisor, leads staff, and handles daily warehouse activities, inventory control, and logistics to ensure timely patient resupply and operational efficiency.

In this position, you will learn and apply modern receiving software, use handheld devices, and operate forklifts while maintaining strict safety and process standards in a dynamic healthcare supply

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or GED.
• Experience supervising or leading the work of others is preferred.
• Work experience in inventory control or material handling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision and training of staff in warehouse operations.
• Coordinate receiving, issuing, rotating stock, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Maintain inventory records, stock levels, and accuracy; use CAPPS system for receipts and issues.
