Job summary

American Lumper Services LLC seeks a Warehouse Lead in Ankeny, IA to supervise daily unloading operations at the local facility. You will coordinate workloads, monitor performance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Willingness to assist with unloading when needed is expected. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coach a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Leadership experience preferred; ability to motivate a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse unloading activities.
• Assign daily workloads and coordinate employees across unloading lines.
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, and attendance.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
• Assist with training new employees on unloading procedures and safety.
