Job summary

Highline Warren offers a Warehouse Lead role in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Iowa. The position supports daily shipping/receiving operations, coordinates team tasks, and operates forklifts while maintaining accurate records in the WMS.

Candidates should be able to work 2:30 pm–11:00 pm, commit to overtime as needed, and uphold safety standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and consistent performance with physical duties and compliance to company policies.

Qualifications

• Six months related experience, or a satisfactory combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license through Warren Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily responsibilities of team members to ensure shipping/receiving needs are met.
• Prepare and distribute assignments to team members.
• Safely use powered industrial trucks and other machinery to efficiently transport materials and products.
• Use the company’s warehouse management system (WMS) to accurately record movement of materials and products.
• Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers, shelves, racks, and pallets.
• Accurately inventory materials and product.
• Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work location.
