Job summary

Highline Aftermarket is seeking a Warehouse Lead to ensure smooth inbound/outbound flow in a warehouse. This role involves forklift operation, updating the WMS, inventory checks, and coordinating daily tasks for the team on site.

The ideal candidate will have forklift certification, familiarity with warehouse safety procedures, and strong problem solving and communication skills to maintain high-quality standards.

• Must be able to relate to and build team working relationships.
• Use good judgement when making decisions.
• Exhibit familiarity with warehouse environment and safety procedures.
• Possess physical strength to move and lift heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily responsibilities of team members to ensure shipping/receiving needs are met.
• Prepare and distribute assignments to team members.
• Safely use powered industrial trucks and other machinery to transport materials and products.
• Use the warehouse management system (WMS) to record movement of materials and products.
• Safely load and unload trailers, shelves, racks, and pallets.
• Accurately inventory materials and products.
• Weigh materials and products and record weight on tags and schedules.
• Conduct daily safety check sheets on material handling equipment.
