Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to move products using powered industrial trucks and related machinery. The role involves loading and unloading from trailers, recording movements in the WMS, and maintaining accurate inventory while upholding safety and housekeeping standards.

The candidate should be comfortable performing daily safety checks, supporting continuous improvement, and communicating effectively with supervisors to meet production needs in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; demonstrates relevant duties.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license through Highline Warren.
• Experience with material handling machinery and warehouse operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely use powered industrial trucks and other machinery to transport materials and products.
• Use the company’s warehouse management system (WMS) to record movement of materials and products.
• Safely load and unload trailers, shelves, racks, and pallets.
• Accurately inventory materials and products.
• Weigh materials and record weight on tags and schedules.
• Perform daily safety check off sheets on equipment; recharge batteries and refuel as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and equipment; support cost-saving and productivity improvements.
