Warehouse Lead Needed - Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a neat and clean warehouse that is accessible and safe for employees and visitors
• Ensure product accuracy when loading, unloading, or transferring trailer loads
• Accurately complete certification sheets for each trailer, including proper identification of rework
• Ensure all incoming materials meet GMP requirements (e.g., dunnage, resin, concentrate, etc.)
• Maintain accurate inventory of all products and trailers
• Inspect trailers before loading
• Ensure all manifests and shipping documents are accurate and complete
• Work towards reducing/eliminating product damage and scrap
• Provide backup coverage for the warehouse manager during absences or vacations

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of clamp forklift operating experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Familiarity with pallet jacks, forklifts, or other industrial vehicles
• Material handling experience
• Basic math skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
