Job summary

DSV is seeking an Inventory Lead to operate MHEs for moving, locating, and counting goods in our Tulsa warehouse. You will assist the supervisor in maintaining quality and safety, while supervising inventory associates and ensuring accurate cycle counts.

The role requires forklift certification, 1 year in logistics, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights or weekends as needed. Base pay is listed as hourly and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE (material handling equipment).
• Able to work in warehouse temperatures (seasonal variation).

Responsibilities

• Delegate work and supervise inventory staff.
• Oversee shifts and evaluate inventory team performance.
• Analyze cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate data in WMS and reports.
• Ensure safety, quality and housekeeping in the warehouse.
