Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage food product storage, distribution, and inventory control for the ANS kitchen and off-site locations in Commerce City, CO. You will supervise receiving, storage, and the timely dispatch of goods, while ensuring safety and adherence to procedures.

The role requires forklift and pallet jack certification, good organizational skills, and ability to lift up to 60 lbs daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two year equivalent experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform standard mathematical computations.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs daily.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and distributes food products for the ANS kitchen and off-site locations.
• Direct point of contact for delivery drivers; verifies quantities and quality.
• Ensures proper storage, labeling, and FIFO inventory.
• Operates forklifts and pallet jacks; reports safety concerns.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
• Assists with monthly inventory counts and reconciliations.
