Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. in is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, and shipment of food products in a busy distribution center.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, help coordinate daily workflow, and assist with training and lifting safety standards. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, moving goods, selecting orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three months’ related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others up to 25% of the shift and coordinate with the supervisor on plans and training.
• Load and unload freight safely using warehouse equipment.
• Move products to storage areas with appropriate equipment.
• Pick orders for shipment and ensure accuracy and condition of cargo.
• Maintain warehouse security and comply with safety procedures.
• Participate in physical inventories as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and report malfunctions.
