Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Warehouse Lead to receive, store, and distribute all food products and supplies for ANS kitchen and off-site locations. You will maintain inventory, rotate stock, and support VOAC operations with safe, efficient warehouse practices.

The role requires operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety; occasional shifts may occur to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two year equivalent experience required.
• Able to read, write, and perform standard mathematical computations.
• Lift up to 60 lbs daily and regularly.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all deliveries for ANS and VOAC operations.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of food and supplies using FIFO.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in warehouse areas.
• Process requisitions, fill orders, and prepare products for delivery.
• Communicate with staff and vendors about supply needs and orders.
